I am a Biological Sciences undergraduate student at the Institute of Biodiversity and Sustainability (NUPEM/UFRJ), located in Macaé. During my undergraduate studies, I was intensely involved in activities related to my undergraduate degree. However, in the last two years, my academic trajectory has been directed towards the area of ​​laboratory research, with a special interest in Marine Biology. Currently, I am developing a study focused on Ichthyoplankton, with an emphasis on the identification of fish larvae at a specific level through the DNA Barcoding technique, using the COI genetic marker.
