Summary

I am a Pharmacy undergraduate student at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2021 – Present). I am involved in research projects related to Microbiology, Mycology, Natural Products, and Food. I conduct research focused on the identification and characterization of fungi present in artisanal cheeses. I have participated in extension projects related to technological strategies for controlling and guaranteeing the quality of water and food on rural properties. Currently, I am a Master’s student in Bioactive Products and Biosciences at UFRJ (2024 – Present).
