Leonardo Maini, a student of Scientific Initiation at NUPEM/UFRJ, has shown great interest in genetics and molecular biology. He is currently participating in the project called “Terrestrial Plants”, focusing on the species Ipomoea cavalcantea. His work uses advanced tools to explore genetic aspects of this plant and contribute to the understanding of plant biodiversity.
