Professor Rodrigo Nunes represented the Nunes da Fonseca Lab at EvoDevo Conference 2026, held in Glasgow, Scotland, one of the world’s leading conferences in Evolutionary Developmental Biology.
During the conference, Professor Nunes delivered a scientific talk, presenting the findings of his research about evolution of maternal zygotic transition and engaging in discussions with researchers from around the world. He also presented a scientific poster about black fly genomics, evolution and ecology, fostering international collaborations and promoting scientific exchange.
His participation highlights the Nunes da Fonseca Lab’s commitment to scientific excellence, innovation, and the internationalization of Brazilian research.
