Researcher Lupis Ribeiro presented the study entitled “Isoetes cangae Genome Sequencing”, in which he highlighted the use of the Oxford Nanopore sequencing platform to investigate the relationship between DNA methylation and resistance to water stress in Isoetes cangae, an endemic plant species.
