Fernanda Salce, PhD student, presented her research on regeneration and the morphofunctional analysis of leg appendages in Tribolium castaneum larvae. Her study investigates the regenerative response of the legs following experimental manipulation. The experimental groups received microinjection-based RNA interference (RNAi), while a control group was maintained without RNAi treatment. Different RNAi doses were tested, including 10⁰, 10¹, and 10², in order to evaluate their effects on the regenerative process.
